VIVI CAP1

What maintenance VIVI CAP1 requires?

VIVI CAP1 does not require any maintenance , no need to charge it or placing it in the fridge. After initial fitting to your insulin pen with one of the supplied adaptors, simply use it as your pen cap . It fits most of the prefilled insulin pens.

Should I place VIVI CAP1 in the refrigerator?

VIVI CAP1 doesn’t have to be place in the fridge. It’s patented Click -n-Go™ technology incorporates innovative space-grade insulation with a unique heat exchanger. it automatically absorbs the excess heat, releasing it to the environment when ambient temperature is normal. It can be placed in the fridge to accelerate the heat release, but without the insulin pen.

Should VIVI CAP1 be recharged ?

No VIVI CAP1 does not have a rechargeable battery and does not depend on electrical power for its function. The battery in the device runs the temperature sensor and light indicator for short time and with proper use, can last several years.

Was it Tested?

VIVI CAP1 successfully passed performance tests and the results were published in Expert Opinion on  Drug Delivery 2017 Jun;14(6):709-714 

How should I carry VIVI CAP1?

Unlike other devices, VIVI CAP1 does not need air flow to work properly. It is small and lightweight and can be carried together with your other stuff , in your purse or even in your pocket.

When should I replace my VIVI CAP1 with a new one

VIVI CAP1 comes with one- year limited end user warranty . With proper use, the device works for years. It should be replaced when the light indicator does not function.

What is the main advantage of VIVI CAP1 ?

VIVI CAP1 protects the insulin from overheating or freezing from the moment you take it out from the refrigerator until the end of use , everyday for years .with every new pen you start to use,  replace the pen cap with VIVI CAP1, Click-n-Go no maintenance required .

Can I fly with my VIVI CAP1?

Yes. We recommend that you bring your VIVI CAP1 in your checked bag. Many folks bring it in their carry-on, but in some rare cases the TSA may not allow it.

How do I clean my VIVI CAP1?

You can clean the exterior and interior of VIVI CAP1 by wipping it with a medical swab. While you clean the interior, be careful not to tear off the internal temperature sensor (looks like a tiny black dot inside ).

How much does VIVI CAP1 weigh?

Only 2 oz (60g)! Easily fits in your pocket, purse or bag.

All VIVI CAP1 orders ship directly from our warehouse in Texas.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders take 1-3 business days to process.

Please allow 2-4 business days to be delivered for USA Orders. We ship ALL orders from our local Texas Warehouse.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Has my order been accepted?

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail or SMS.  This means that we have received your order in our system.

How do I return my purchased products?

To start a return, you can contact us at info@tempramed.com with your proof of purchase . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipment including your tracking number(s) so that you can track your shipment online.
